The originial Smith Beach Cottage Community was created mostly in the 1950's. These are the two roads closest to the bay which are long-term leases. Smith Beach is a tranquil, Northampton County community on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay situated about 4 miles from Eastville on Virginia's lower Eastern Shore.

Smith Beach - The perfect naturalist getaway.
The Gulf, White Cliff Lake and the Chesapeake Bay add to the Smith Beach experience. Boating Access
 Boating access is available via a private, well-maintained, concrete ramp on The Gulf, an estuary with a deep channel directly to the Chesapeake Bay.
